where is the justice?

A bloke who lives no more than 30 doors from me got caught with 17 images of children (five of which he made) and 9 videos some were a category 5, the judge gave him 200 hours community service and a community order. Where is the justice? 
the worrying thing is his house overlooks a school playground and the local park is a stone's throw away, and he's left to roam. Our country is in tatters.

Don't you realise that throwing a traffic cone is a lot more serious crime. God sakes he could of had someones eye out.
Serious now it makes you fecking crazy with rage when this is seen as a non serious crime compared with a little fisticuffs with someone like minded

I would imagine having a photo of a traffic cone flying through the air would be classed as a Catagory 10 by our warped justice system.

Our lads get what they got, this nonse gets 200 comminity hours ??? Whats next ? The terrorist found in Cardiff gets a caution?
