it doesn't say the actual capacity only that its expandable to 42k if england win the right to host the 2018 world cup

Drove past Brightons new ground this week.
It looks quality. Has sweeping curves, and looks different from a lot of the more recent stadiums that have sprung up.
If I am honest, I was a little jealous and although it looks great I do not want to be going there in the championship next season.
