Has failed a drugs test and has been banned from Man City

They seem to be insinuating it's something that isn't performance enhancing and is actually something that was a part of something general like medication. I don't buy it. It wouldn't surprise me. Personally, I think more players should be tested because I think so many are doing drugs.
