The Yes voters will soon be wishing they didnt vote for it.
It will create more quangos, more assembly members and the taxpayer will pick up the bill for their wages, wage increases and gold plated pensions.

Sod the schools and hospitals, that would have got us a half decent midfielder!!!

However, imagine how much money we'll save by shortening the bureaucratic process in order to speed up law making. £6.5m is f**k all compared to how much Westminster wastes on an annual basis.
