Bellamy or Bullard?

Based on tonight's game.

One looked like a Premiership footballer playing in the wrong division.

One was influential in the way his team played and caused the opposition problems whenever he was on the ball.

One scored two goals.

The other was Craig Bellamy.

I will always remember that goal against the Jacks but to me Bellamy has been a major disappointment this season and he has had nowhere near the influence on the club and the team that we all thought he would have when he arrived. This is not completely his fault as he has of course not been fully fit and Jones doesn't seem to know where best to play him. This evening for example he didn't seem to know where he was meant to be playing particularly in the first half.


But Bellamy seems to have gone from one of the brightest stars in the Premiership to what is now to be brutally frank an average Championship player.

Ramsey was more influential and contributed way more in six games than Craig has all season and it pains me to say it.
