The one thing we are missing?

If there was one thing you think our team/club is missing, and could end up costing us, what would it be?

For me, in spite of other things that concern me, its our lack of winning mentality (or bottle) when it really comes down to it? Yes we have some good results over the course of a season but whenever we have an opportunity to really push on we always seem to shoot ourselves in the foot!

I would say its not what we ARE missing , its what we missed ! and that was when we were winning games early in the year, only to give silly goals away and end up with a draw, and in some cases lost the game from them silly goals.
I said it at the time ,that it may cost us at the end of the season and that just maybe the case now.

eleven players all busting a gut for ninety mins every game, not a lot to ask for considering where we are in the league, to many games go by when four or five players are not up to it, you can afford one or two having an off day but no more than that.
