If I was VT I would put DJ on immeadate gardening leave and promote Terry Burton to first team manager.

We HAVE NO CHOICE but use utilise our squad to it's maximum potential if we are to achieve promotion and never in a month of Sunday's is Dave Jones going to do that.

I would try one last desperate throw of the dice which is to give TB the job until the end of the season along with a squad wide bonus of say £2m for promotion to the PL.

If that doesn't motovate them then nothing will.
