tear up or carve up

Those attending the millwall v.cardiff game should be aware certain public bodies have planned to infiltrate supporters groups not only to monitor their movements , but also to record via audio and visual methods . With the wales v.england game only days away, the authorities need to remove who they consider to be a threat to public safety. With plans to hinder certain peoples liberty with 16month to five years incarcerations , make sure you know who you are talking to , and who is watching you.It is common knowledge that south bermondsey is the preferred location for this operation, but they could strike anywhere. No or little action will be taken on the day,but if you are drawn into or encouraged to behave in such ways they deem unfit for a public place ,you can expect a knock on the door, shortly afterwards. This is the latest carve up ,and their best opportunity since chelsea v. cardiff last year,to entrap honest and decent football people.Take care.

It's only your second post on here but I have no reason to disbelieve your words...Millwall away and England home are two matches that could see City fans in trouble...everyone needs to take extra care and try not to get involved in anything if at all possible...It should be easy to do but we all now situations can happen and these "situations are not always caused by rival fans...rather by outside influences looking to make many arrests.
