I think our friends from West Wales must be thankful this rule is not in place.

60% of turnover.....

Given an average attendance of only 15000 and a low of only 12000 - (Equatable to £300k per match at £20 per head) - they would only be able to afford Div 1 and Div 2 players.

By comparison our lowest attendance is still a good 5000 more than their average!
