Brown was number 3 at Blackburn. Poor on loan at Leeds and orient this season.

You may want Brown in, but as poor as Bywater was at times, brown got nowhere near starting games. Which speaks volumes. hell, when he left Gillingham to bizarrely go to Blackburn ( oh wait, mate of Hughes... ), he wasn't even first choice there at the end.
