"Fat Alan" would no doubt try to win by cheating but lose by a country mile. Immediately following the race, I would have him humanely put-down and then sell him to a cat-food producer, as Fat Alan would be perfect for their Value range.
Jockey-wise, I would call on the services of one Lee Trundle, as I believe that Lee has ridden Fat Alan Tate on many occasions according to various Cottaging websites. C'mon City!
