Was 15st 3 seven weeks ago now 12st 1

Was 19-4 at my heaviest but after diet 16-4

just under 13st

and the rest! I've lost about two stone since January..that's about
my weight but I am 6ft 5. Doing the Cardiff half in Oct.

what did you do to lose that in 7 weeks?

Don't know the guy but will wager healthy eating, less beer and more exercise or had a leg cut off.

16 St 3 lbs the heaviest i have ever been I thought all the worrying & fretting over whether we will finish second or not would help me lose weight but i'm drinking to get through the stress and piling on the pounds

i reckon in close season i will lose about 2 stone

lightest ive been was 9lb when born.. 24years later 18stone and 6ft 3

Cambridge diet weighed this morning now 11st 13.5lb one more week

got to do me this cambridge diet im getting fat

5'-8" just weighed 17.1 clothed but no shoes i need to lose about 5st
