I must admit to liking all the meats listed, but lamb and beef are very close to my favourite which is most definitely pork, plenty of crackling, sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce, lovely.

I've voted for lamb, but duck is really my favourite, but as there wasn't an option of "none of the above", lamb is my 2nd favourite.

Beef - saturated in garlic salts overnight, and clook on a very low heat until lean and moist!

you just cant beat it! The reason a Cow was born was to be soaked in garlic for 12 hours!
