QPR are champions
William Hill have announced that they are paying out to customers who bet that QPR (10/1 pre-season) would win the Championship title.

'We are paying out on QPR regardless of the outcome of any subsequent punishments which may be applied to the club' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe,

'There is no way that the vast majority of punters could have been aware that off-field actions could potentially affect their points title. However, in the event that Rangers are deducted points and therefore adjudged not to have finished first in the table, we will also pay on whichever club is.'

The Londoners have topped the Championship table since day one and pending an FA inquiry they are all but assured Premier League football next season.
