Welsh Football Appreciation

I know the seasons aren't finished up completely yet but you have to admire what Welsh clubs have achieved this season, particularly those in the English pyramid of football, too much of an English love in on this board lately lets all pay appreciation to the Welsh!!

Bangor City - Brought the Welsh Premier League title back to Wales today.
Merthyr Town - Champions of their league.
Colwyn Bay - In sold out Playoff final on Monday with FC United of Manchester.
Newport County - Cemented top ten finish in their first year in the conference.
Wrexham FC - In Conference play off semi final against Luton Town.
Swansea - Hate them or HATE them, secured a place in the Championship playoffs.
And we know were we are...

Not bad when you look at it, huh? if only the national team could follow suit..

our so called national sport dying of boredom, while football is on the up.

I would love to see any and all Welsh clubs doing well where ever they play and who ever they are.

have to say that is quite a success for welsh football, we will now go on and get automatic to top it off!!

it would have been nice to see newport in the play offs with wrexham!!

i'd love to see the cardiff vs wrexham rivalry re-emerge. Good ol' north vs south.

All the lads up North I talk to these days like us and hate the Jacks.. (the Union Jack thing)

Would probably change if we were ever in the same league again though..
