The man has to go for me, I've always been against a lot of whats been said about the guy on this board. You can't deny the great things he's done at the club, cup finals etc. But the last few days have proved that he really is a bottler. He said he had his best squad ever, he said automatics were his end of season aim, he has proved he can't control the team or even stop them from going out drinking before big games etc etc etc. He isn't the man for the job, he has had long enough and failed. Even if we did go through via playoffs he still fell short of his own set targets preseason.

He should have gone after the Charlton game 2007.
He should have gone after the Sheff Wed defeat 2009.
He should have gone after Black November 2009.
He should have gone after the Blackpool defeat.
He should have gone after Black November 2010.
How he survived each of those was amazing.
I would even suggest he should go if we get promoted as I don't know if he'll be able to cope with the PL.

COULD NOT AGREE MORE, HIS ROLL ON CONTRACT IS WHY HE IS STILL HERE TODAY WORTH NEARLY A £1 Mill with add ons.
