The Players And The Comfort Zone.

One major problem we have at the moment is that too many players are in the comfort zone, they know no matter what they will be in the starting line up so they take everything in their stride and have nothing to worry about.

One example is Jay Bothroyd, there is no one else who can put pressure on him so he loses his place in the team, we need him for his height and strength and also his all round play, no one else come close.

Ledley is another, he is not playing his best but he knows he will be in the side as there is no one else good enough to replace him.

I could go on, thats the problem were up against with such a small squad, perhaps thats why we do not have players who show passion, pride and guts because it they have nothing to fight for, their place in the team is near enough guaranteed give or take a few players.
