well we got parkin/gerrard and thats about it with what u named the rest are either out of contract or fucked off back to real clubs
lets just hope we got a decent manager in and if the owners dont invest in players well we be lucky to survive next year let alone do what we done this year

It's mad to think that from our current squad of contracted players we can only fill 7 positions!!
It will be an uphill task for any manager coming in, and I can't see us challanging for promotion for at least another 2 seasons.

Heaton, Marshall, McNaughton, Quinn, Blake, Hudson, Keinan and Gerrard.
There are worse players to build a team on. At least we may have some consistency at the back and keep the door shut.

Yep - i agree (as mentioned in the original post), however it's the rest of the team that concerns me and the rebuilding project that will have to happen this summer.

he couldn't believe his luck, all the stewards had their backs to him as they were facing the crowd, the only steward that saw him was some blonde bird who was built like a prop forward!! He had free reign for about 2 minutes!!

Marshall - ok as back up
Naylor - no thanks
Gypes - won't get a look in
McPhail - out of contract i think?
Rae - out of contract i think?
Burke - out of contract
Parkin - not good enough
JLS - not disciplined enough
Martin john - not good enough
Wildig - not good enough
Jarvis - not good enough
That is LITERALLY all of our current first team players. All others are loanees.
so from the previous posts we conclude that we have 7 or 8 'worthy' first team players, whic if we needed a squad of at least 20 players means we need to bring in 12 or 13 players this summer, or give some youth/academy players a shot.
Hardly promotion chasing material for next season, is it?!
