to have the fans closer to the pitch, it creates a more intimidating atmopshere. also, we need not actuall violence, but a reputation again, simply because i've spoken to many fans this year, who know love coming down to cardiff because how relaxed it is, and how quiet the fans are, he said before at ninian park they used to go there in fear, and would be quiet because they didnt want 20,000 fans turning nasty very fast

even with a hostile atmosphere it wouldnt happen....the away fans are normally cowarding behind the police/stewards and gobbinhg off..would work..still need it though to give the boys a kick up the arse
