He's done a good job, a very good one. Hes steadied a rocking ship so to speak, on and off the pitch.
BUT, he cant seem to get us over the last hurdle.
It is time for a new face, even I admit it.
Look at these names:
C.Hughton (NUFC)
Di Matteo (WBA)
Holloway (Blackpool)
Warnock (QPR)
Lambert (Norwich)
What do they have in common? Yes they got promoted BUT more importantly the longest theyve been at a club is 2 seasons. In most cases it was instant success.
Coincendence? Well look at:
Rodgers (Swansea) - 1 season
McDermott (Reading) - 1 and half
Hmmmm. No coincedence imo. A new manager seems to give the kick start to a club who's stagnated or has taken a backward step!
Thanks DJ, but keep your dignity and step aside your time is up.
