Consolidation

If we were to get rid of Jones, bring in a new manager and spend the next 2-3 years consolidating as a mid-table team that pushes for the playoffs, would you take that? I think I would. I know it sounds strange but I think I could do with a couple of seasons with no stress or anxiety come April and May.
