Unlucky last night chaps , would have loved to see you lot back at the bridge , was reading a great thread about United's visit to NP in 74 and wondered if you had any memories of our visits to you lot late 70s - 80s always looked forward to a trip down to NP .. regards

Yeah, that was a crazy game. We scored 3 goals in six minutes during the first half and Chelsea scored 3 in the last seven minutes; one being a penalty. In the paper the following day was a pic of the City player the ball hit, from all of 3 yards away, with a huge red mark on his chest. The ref bottled it as your lot was baying or blood. The atmosphere was incredible but we should have won 3-2. One of the memorable games at Ninian, for sure.

Nothing unlucky about it, we gifted it on a silver platter to Reading, just like Boro two weeks ago. Two home games conceding three goals in each game? We were simply not good enough. Are you going to miss West Ham next season?

Yeah I was there for that 3-3 draw at NP in 83, amazing game and your fans were right up for it that day. Was hoping you lot could have won the premier league this season too.
