Performance Based Wages

That's what we should do next season. It's what Blackpool did when they went up and probably still are doing.
You have a set basic wage and then based on your performances and aspects such as clean sheets, assists, goals etc you get bonus payments. This will eradicate the whole 'I don't care because I'll still be getting my £10k a week' attitude that some of the players seem to have had this season.
If you're shit you don't get paid as much. Play well and we'll reward you. Simple!
