Is there a Cardiff Kenny Dalgliesh

Since taking charge at Liverpool, that great Club legend, Kenny Dalgliesh has changed the fortunes of the Club, with basically the same players. He sold Torres and signed two. Now looking at Cardiff if it was decided to ask Dave Jones to retire from the Club who would be the best club legend to replace him. Perhaps John Toshack!!!
