The biggest failure of the year has to be the non-sacking of Jones - it beggars belief anyone can protect him when for three years running the same issues arise at the same time of each year.

I'm not going to write them all down, but you reap what you reap what you sow in this life and all those who thought he was the answer should take a hard look at the facts when at pivotal times he cocked up with:

Each Novemebr and December

Not preesing for automatic promotion by signing quality in the new year

Not replacing his favourites

Not dealing bwith the in-house drinking culture

and worst of all - always blaming the fans in some way.

Sadly many fans still won't see that its he's the problem!
