Dave often spouts off about the Legacy he has and is trying to build at Cardiff City.
Now we know who is leaving us (thanks to Carl, we knew yesterday), what value would you put on the squad that we have left?
Personally, I dont think he built anything.

In his book he quotes that by the end of the 2008 season he sold over £25mil worth of players ....... cant be bad then ?

by the same token martyn if the figures we were told by ridsdale were to be believed he lost us 10 million in fee's we could have had for ledley and matthews

What did he build ? Well lets see his friggin bank account, and its worth more that the players left behind

some were led to believe that Jay was off to fulham in the January transfer window for between 3-4 million!!! should have just fecking got rid then! imagine what we could buy now with the £4m offered by ipswich for Chopra, money for Jay, Matthews last season!

You are right but just imagine the fall-out from us fans if we had sold Chopra and Bothroyd in the January window, there would have been absolute uproar.
Don't forget that the decent money for Bothroyd was only offered on the last day of the window with, therefore, no time to spend it or reinforce.
It's just one of those things where the players have the power and Jay chose to exercise that power in the same way Ledley did.
