HOURS OF WORK.. 2 a day , may involve overtime on the occasional tues night and saturday/sunday.
RATE OF PAY...£800,000 pa
DESCRIPTION...WE will shortly be looking for a football manager, previous experience not essential as full training will be given.
Ideally you will have the minimum qualification of finishing 15th in league 1 on fifa 11 manager mode.
Our board of directors will provide funding for a finish in the top 2 , but will accept a top 10 finish.
We arrange several team bonding nights 48hrs before a game to help lift spirits.
The ability to appear tired and lacklustre in match interviews is a must.
We pride ourselves on our academy structure where our policy is to find the best local talent then allow you to let them go, preferably to mundane teams north of the english border so we dont get bogged down with all that transfer fee malarky.
We are looking for a well balanced individual , so being able to stand for 90mins with your hands in your pockets is also a must.
We are coming up against tough times with internet messageboards and fat journalists etc. so we need someone with good people skills too, we find acting like a little hitler and lying to our customers is the best policy.
