In all fairness, he is surely going to choose Cardiff over a league 1 team should he get that option.

Sheffield Utd had a meeting with his agent last week but appear to be miles away from his wage demands which are alledgedly £500k.
Better manager than DJ and cheaper I love it.

Maybe Zola alongside Bellers, not so sure on that one.
If Bellers is coming in as assistant then maybe an experienced coach like Steve Clarke may work.

O'Driscoll, decent shout. Better than Di Matteo? Tough call there, but Di Matteo did a great job at MK Dons, got WBA into the Prem.
Smith? Yesterday's man - so he had success with Rangers this season. In a 50/50 race with an overrated Lennon...
Zola, honestly don't think is good enough.
For me, it's Di Matteo all the way.

Would be tough to get Poyet agreed but money talks, not sure how much he is on at Brighton but wouldnt think its near the 800k DJ was on.
He did do well at MK Dons but then so did Paul Ince and everyone and everyone has taken WBA up, even Bryan Robson (I think?) but since he was sacked at WBA there form has dramatically improved.
Its all about opinions, personally Im just not keen on him.

Most definitely di matteo. His teams play good football as well just wonder if our players would be able to play his kind of football?

Roberto De Matteo had a 52% win rate at MK Dons and 48% win rate at WBA compare that to say Ian Holloway who had a 39% best during his time at QPR.
De Matteo was a quality player much the same as Gus Poyet but he is available is asking for less than we currently pay DJ for me he is a better option than "Older" managers.

No I think Jones has had his time now, I still believe DJ would have us challenging promotion but most likely fail in the end. We need a fresh start now with someone new.
As for who I want it really depends on what happens with Bellers, if he is player/coach then I think he should pick someone he respects and who is a good coach, may even be someone we hardly ever heard of, or someone like Steve Clarke (although i just read he is liverpool number 2 now).
