Dave Jones is a brilliant manager, probably in the top 5 throughout europe 
if you choose to employ him you will get a really enthusiastic man, no stubbornness on his behalf and someone that will love your local media
he loves referring to anywhere outside of liverpool 'this part of the world' which you will agree is a MASSIVE compliment
tactically he is GENIUS, especially when you go 1-0 down, he has so many plans in case this happens
and when you go 1-0 up, he doesnt go for more goals, his teams seem to sit back in the 18 yard area and defend until the opposition score
VALUE FOR MONEY!
always blames himself if things go wrong and has maximum respect of his players
