Probably a good shout really, I don't think Jay is Premier standard, he has the talent but not the attitude. He looks like a player that needs to be scoring, for his confidence, he won't do it in the Premier but will in Scotland, no problem. Celtic, would also pay finally, what Jay and his agent have been craving.
