I think carl covered this before, or someone did.

He doesnt own any of the players we have, he is just entitled to a % of any income received from the sale of any playing staff.

No.

Third party ownership refers to *control* over the player in question.

Namely arranging contracts, arranging moves.

The Ranson deals skirts around the edges of that - proceeds from players sales are what the loan refers to, not the player registration.

Ranson cannot force or demand any players are sold... or to whom...

Yes ask them if you don’t believe me.
IF we had done what QPR had done the English FA couldn’t do a thing about it.
The Guardian remarked on it in an article a couple of weeks ago

I dont know but I assume any players until the debt is paid

I dont think the debt is even that much, isnt it something like 2-3m with a massive amount of interest. Shame Carl isnt on, he knows more.
