I thought Rowlands did a triple lutz over Darren Purse leg a few seasons back and that muppet Lee Probert sent him off for it didn't he.

Fitz Hall was a target for us a few seasons ago when he was at Oldham. Where has he been until he ended up at QPR?

Iv always liked Lee Cook, Used to be real good until he suffered injuries. Think hes the only 1 on that list that id take

Lee Cook is a very good little player just had a horrendous couple of years with injury although he has been virtually fit all this season just couldn't break into a solid settled side. Would still do a job for the right team imo.


Fitz Hall was on loan at Newcastle last season & I must say if it wasn't for his poor injury record he would be a cracking player. Any time this season he's been used this season he's looked really assured & has done a good job for us. Only problem with him is you are literally counting the games until he picks up a niggling injury again, usually about every 4-5 games. Warnock made him team captain prior to the season starting so obviously that says a lot.

Players I think could improve you would be;

Radek Cerny-solid keeper who is only number 2 due to Paddy Kenny being so outstanding.

Danny Shittu-big presence & a solid unit with Premiership / World Cup experience.

Martin Rowlands-Rowly is a real leader & a tough battler something I think you lack (Oli is similar but I rate MR more) would be a regular for us if it wasn't for a personal spat with Neil Warnock.

Rob Hulse-proven at this level just never clicked for us. Maybe the player didn't fit the club.

Sorry yes you are right Hogan Ephraim is a pukka little player, really good work ethic & has lots of potential & would do well for you lads. Only negative is he can be anonymous at times during games.

Cerny could be massive for you as you're GK position is a weak one imo. Heaton is obviously the pick of a bad bunch but even he is just average & imo always looks a tad overweight.

Rowlands and cook would be useful.
Use to like one size, is he still up to it? I haven't seem a lot of him.
