PATHETIC OR WHAT...

I've seen something similar in Ninian Park when Stoke beat us in the Division 2 Playoff Semi Final a good few years ago.

Ugly scenes, it's a shame!

It is a bit pathetic.

Not new to us though mate.

Iv seen Cardiff fans fighting each other at Millwall and Preston Away this season and Reading at Home.

used to Regularly happen at ccfc in pubs after games 2000-2006.

Thats the problem when your a club that gets its support from a large area.

Iv never had a problem myself, Ill pretty much get on with anyone but I know lads from Cardiff and the Valleys who just
wont be in eachothers company.

I saw a small group of Cardiff lads and a group of lads from the Cynon Valley kick lumps out of each other on a train back from Crewe about 8 years ago.

And after our play off Final :o it got pwoper naughty Image Blackpool fans were terrified to walk past us but they needent have worried as the City fans were to busy bashing each other. In the end we had a Police escort out of London. Image

It was a regular occurrence on the grange end in the 70s if no away fans turned up.

Barry, llanrumney and the valleys is what i remember of it.

oh and spot the looney chant as some mad cnut in a white coat would swing from the rafters of the grange end roof.

fcuk the game

I got a police truncheon full blast in my forehead right between my eyes after that Stoke game. Still got the scars to prove it along with half my calf missing from a police dog a Reading station (the things you put yourself through as a cardiff fan ). Anyway a cardiff fan was getting a right hammering from a copper with a truncheon...I took it upon myself to help him out as the pig raised his truncheon in the air to whack the kiddy again I grabbed it and ripped it out of his hands. Next thing I know I am stood face to face with this coppa with his truncheon in my hand. Didnt last long as another came running up and hit me full pelt in my forehead. Didnt think it was actually aloud as it could potentially kill

Don't take it personal, nobody is. Even the locals have to mind their backs. :old:

Remeber those days well. The good old days. All City fans together but regular fights on the old Grange End between Valley Boys, Barry Boys and Cardiff Boys(can't remember if they were Llamnrumney boys). Best tines of my life though supporting the City.

I'm not very well. I've had a bad case of jonesilitis since the jacks beat us down here and it got severe last week and shows no signs of improvement.

It could clear up this week tho.....hopefully tomorrow.

The Bakers would've been twelve years old at the time. So, I doubt it.

Those chaps didn't surface until the early 80's and only became prominent after the Dutch pop group Boney M made a song about their mother.

.........and like Boney M they faded away.

There were much better lads from llanrumney than them.
