I always leave a club in a better state then when I joined it.
Let's have a look at the evidence then Dave.
In your favour:-
1. New stadium
2. New training facilities
3. A Cup Final, play off semi and play off final.
4. Highest finishes in the League for many years
Against you:-
1.Still in the Championship
2.Still millions of pounds in debt.
3.Virtually no contracted players left at the club.
4.Team spirit non existent
5.Alienation of fans and media.
6. Losing all the big games mentioned above.
Are you really leaving the club in a better condition than when you arrived?

I should have added in the "Against" list:-
Allowing the Academy to become almost an irrelevance
Giving young players little or no encouragement ( and often criticising them) whilst wasting vast sums of money on loan players or players well past their sell by dates.
