I hope one of the things the new guy does is encourage the youngsters at the club, they're our future, plus get the reserve side up and running again.

well looks like we lost a few very promising kids...i dont think were gonna see first-team-quality youngsters anytime soon

We've had struggles loaning out quite a fair few of those given contracts over the last few seasons. I'd say not yet good enough - which is where the u21 team should help their development.
