I'm not sure about this combination. I firmly believe that Hughton was helped a lot by the fact he was already at Newcastle and knew the club inside out and it would take him a while to find his feet at a new club, irrespective of Bellamy being here. We would need to have patience with him and it may not happen in the first season. I think there is a good argument to promote from within here, as all the arguments for Hughton being successful at Newcastle are vindication of this. But, on the other hand, there is a bit of a culture of failure that eminates from the Jones regime that now needs a clean sweep from top to bottom
