so what? many managers havent had any or only a little and have been successful. He's learnt from the best, he'd have picked things up as he is an avid learner of the game. He's stated this himself in the past. Whoever we being is a gamble, especially with the lack of depth in our squad. Anyone who thinks MON is going to waltz in and do wonders is sadly mistaken.

i didnt say o'neill would, infact ive hinted that i think we wont go up next season, and thats being realistic, ive learned from this club that you never put your hopes up.
