the 90million only pans out if you get relegated in your first season, and that is spread over 4 years.......48m is parachute payments....and by then most of your good players have had a taste of the prem and desert you, the bastards

The BBC said today the break down of how the payments are made are...

1st Season in the Prem'League £40m and then if they go down...
2nd Season £16m and the same 3rd Season,4th and 5th Season £8m each year.
