It has to be a manager with experience

With the exciting news from yesterday i dont believe the malaysians will risk their money with a rookie manager like ardley so its my belief that if they are going to splash the cash then they will give it to a guy with a proven track record of success/promotion and that leaves an even smaller shortlist

I don't believe that's the case, we don't have to get a high profile manager. Look at the teams who went up, apart from Warnock at QPR, but they are both young, hungry managers as are the likes of McDermott who cam so close.
