Got to be someone from outside!

We surely have to appoint a manager from outside. Nothing against Burton and Ardley but I think we need a new face or faces to push on for next season. My personal choice would be Martin O'Neil but I too don't think that's likely. Another one would be Malky Mackay of Watford but that too isn't going happen. So out of some of the rest I kinda think Curbishley, Hughton or DiMatteo are all pretty much about the same but I'd take any of those guys over Burton and Ardley.
