Would it be possible to arrange a forum FIFA tournament?

Was wondering if it could be sorted out? Knockout, names in the hat. Arrange a date and time to play and send results in to whoever wants to be the tournament organiser and then results posted up on the site. One problem would be that Xbox users can't play against PS3 users. Who's up for it?
