I know we have to pick the right man

But every day that we go without a manager is a day lost on every other team in the Championship. I understand that it is a long process and I am trying to be patient, but we have a hugely depleted squad and need to get somebody in place NOW to start making singings.

Thoughts?

A good manager will sort the squad and all managers out of work will bing doing prep now.

As long as someone is in place by the end of this week it will make no differnce what so ever. I'm pleased that we seem to be taking our time and not rushing into a decision. It must have been tempting to go straight for Di Matteo or Hughton but thankfully we seem to be having a good look at what is a massive decision. All the potential candidates will have transfer targets in mind that they have probably discussed at their interview.

Whoever it is I bet you see 2-3 signings in the first couple of days after he arrives.
