LET'S LOOK AT HOW FAR WE HAVE COME..........

Since GJ has arrived at the club. With the Malaysians in running things they put him in charge while they were away from the club. GJ has looked at the club and made changes where necessary and cut running costs, its a shame he couldn't have put the contracts in place when the stadium was being built!!!!!

I'm sure the delay in naming the new manager is all about getting the right man for the right money. All the front runners are men who I'm sure have been on their mobiles getting players lined up just in case he gets the call.

Will this year be a difficult one, you bet your life it will. With the jacks in the ELP all our players leaving or being sold it will be a time to re-group and re-build. If things go well perhaps at Christmas we will see further investment to get us up. VT and the rest of the Malaysians are commited to the club as shown already this year. It would have been easy for them to up sticks and walk away but they haven't. 17,000 season tickets sold so support is already in place so lets all stay positive and back the new manager from day one.

Onwards & Upwards guys not long until Friday when the fixtures are out and we all can start planning for the away trips
