Those saying good players don't make good managers just because Bobby Moore and Bobby Charlton failed. Charlton's brother did a good job, anyone seen the playing records of Bobby Robson, Glenn Hoddle, Kevin Keegan, Steve Bruce, Martin O'Neil Mark Hughes and one of the greatest managers of all time Bill Shankly described John Toshack as the manager of the century when in his first managerial post he took Swansea from the 4th to the top of the 1st division.
