Have we missed the boat?

IMO forget about Shearer, Malkey, Hughton, Di Matteo etc the man we should have had is Steve McLaren.....I have a feeling that Forest will be a side right up at the sharp end come the finish of next season and I think he could have done a real job for us.....too late now. Hope I'm wrong!!!!
