I just cant understand why fans are slatting him even before the season has started, lets be honest there really wasnt any outstanding candidates for the job. I hope he brings in Shay Given & Joey Barton

Yeah lets hope he attracts quality players (mixture of experience and younger players), but i also hope he can make those players play as a team rather than individuals. If he can do that we're halfway there.
