....could he possibly be the right person to develop youth?
I mean, he could be the ideal person to teach our young strikers how to be clinical in front of goal. Not only that, but he is very passionate. Thats evident in the fact that he stayed at Newcastle for so long. Thats a great characteristic, loyalty.
Anyway, if this passion carries through onto the training ground then I believe that we could have a wealth of extremely talented individuals coming through. As Shearer is Newcastle through and through, he'd have seen the impact youth can have with Andy Carroll. Maybe things like this will inspire him to give youngsters a chance.
Hopefully Farah and a few of the other lads are given a chance and we look at getting more youngsters from around Britain
