Why not give Robins a chance

I am new on here but reading all of the posts regarding the new manager, why dont we give Robins a chance as Shearer has decided against joining us?

steered Rotherham to safety of 9th position after being docked 17 points,
then i am sure he left the top when he left for Barnsley, who were bottom of the league,
Robins then got them to safety, and then i am sure he led them to their highest points total since the premier league,
plus he got players such as Shackel to join Barnsley, and their performance down here last season, just shows that he could instil a never die attitude into our lot.

just my opinion lets give him a chance, but get behind who ever is appointed.

good post there mate,i certainly wouldnt mind if robins was given a chance,like you mentuioned hes done very well in his short managerial career with basically non existent budgets,the main negative for me would be there really was no expectations at barnsley and rotherham but as we all know the cardiff job carries a hell of a lot of pressure and us passionate lot expect results straightaway maybe it would be a step too far for him
