Malky Mackay 33.3% win to games ration a lot worse than moans
- say no more
Chris Hughton 52.5% win to games ratio and won things - need I say more
The choice is yours - I know who I would pick, not difficult is it?

hughton did have a very good squad at this level after getting relaged without losing any players and mckay has had to make ends meat with no funds and a squad full of youngsters so i wouldnt go of that stat i think they are both good managers and will both do a good job here providing they get the backing of the board

I dissagree Mackay has done nothing to prove we should be paying a huge level of compo for him.

I wouldnt say no to him either but would prefer Hughton to be honest

mackay promoted as a player 3 times with 3 different clubs from the championship! so he would know what it takes to get out of this league ....... also as manager of watford had great success last season with a very small budget! .... class manager!

The win % is not as important as the loss %
I'd rather have a stat that looks more like: - games 50 wins 20 draws 20 losses 10 = 80pts - win %= 40%
.............................................than: - games 50 wins 22 draws 8 losses 20 = 74pts - win %= 44%
ya get me!

Hughton hasn't achieved anything
He took Newcastle up with a premiership tean he did not build
He hasn't put a squad of players together anywhere

Di Matteo is a better option (especially seeing as i put £20 notes on him yesterday when he drifted right out to 16-1 during the begining of the Shearer saga!! )
