We need to improve the youth set-up, the reserve set-up, the coaching set-up, the scouting set-up, everything.
Gethin needs to improve the media side, the merchandising side, the ticketing side, everything non-football related.
We're supposed to be a professional football club. We don't f*cking look like one at the moment.
